Group Core Principles

Investment

  • We make investment decisions based on rational economic merit, free from favoritism.
  • Investment is premised on building trust with portfolio companies. When trust with portfolio companies, shareholders, or investors could be compromised, preserving our credibility takes precedence over profit.
  • We engage proactively with portfolio companies and devote ourselves to maximizing enterprise value.

Professional Conduct

  • We seek top talent, operate as a lean team, respect one another, and value teamwork.
  • We uphold uncompromising integrity and professional standards of conduct.
  • We prioritize substance over reputation, and execution over words.
  • We comply with all laws and regulations, acting with sincerity, fairness, and trustworthiness.
  • We set challenging goals and focus on delivering results while enjoying the process.
  • We act with speed, remove boundaries in our activities, and place no limits on our ambitions.
  • To address essential challenges and create joy for people, we continually question conventional wisdom and remain bold agents of change.

Workplace Environment

  • We respect diversity and build a workplace where people with varied skills, opinions, and backgrounds can lead—bringing out the full potential of themselves and those around them.
  • We keep organizational hierarchy to a minimum and clarify authority and accountability.
  • We expect everyone’s involvement in problem-solving and execution.
  • We support work–life balance so employees can fulfill responsibilities to their families.
